After welding, it undergoes tempering aging treatment to ensure that the body never deforms. The hydraulic system is located inside the body, with a beautiful appearance and easy operation. It is mainly suitable for processes such as stretching, forming, and pressing metal products, as well as processing non-metallic materials, pressing powder metallurgy products, correcting shaft parts, pressing sleeve parts, and shaping and cutting metal products. This series of presses is equipped with independent hydraulic and electrical control systems, using button centralized control to achieve two molding processes: fixed stroke and fixed pressure. It has functions such as pressure digital display, stroke, and pressure adjustment. And this series is equipped with four column guide columns to improve product accuracy. The guide columns and piston rods are treated with hard chrome plating after intermediate frequency quenching, which will never rust or become rough. The oil pump is a Shanghai produced constant power axial piston pump, and the oil inlet of the oil pump is equipped with a unique filtering device to ensure the service life of the oil pump and valve. The hydraulic system adopts advanced two-way plug-in valves in China, and the oil circuit connection adopts imported high-pressure hoses, greatly reducing machine noise. The electrical part adopts some Siemens appliances to improve the quality of the machine system. In addition, advanced components such as imported PLC, grating protection, and human-machine interface (touch screen) can be configured according to user requirements.
